Fantastic Hospitality and Tasty Breakfasts
The breakfasts were excellent. I devoured the full English while my wife enjoyed a perfectly cooked sausage sandwich. Our room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, awesome for a comfortable night's sleep before we enjoyed another great breakfast the next day. Just a heads-up, some street noise might come through if you're in a front room, but it's manageable with the windows closed.

Sun trap out front was fabulous. Very friendly owners who were always available and served us at the bar quickly. Ensured we were aware of other visitors and politely requested we were quiet when returning to our rooms. Good functional rooms, was great to have a triple and a twin as we were a party of five girls. Felt very relaxed and welcome.

Ideal for families looking for a cozy getaway
The host was accommodating, going out of his way to provide our kids with fried bread that wasn't even on the menu!
It wasn't the cheapest place, but honestly, it was worth every penny.

Some parts shine, others fall flat
The owners create a warm atmosphere, and breakfast is deliciously prepared. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the station and seafront attractions.
The small room I stayed in felt a bit cramped, and I noticed some noise from adjacent areas, which could disrupt one's peace occasionally.

The fact that the hotel had a Triple room and the breakfast was gorgeous!

The breakfast options were delicious and nicely presented.
The noise level was unbearable at night. There were no toiletries provided in my room, only a handwash. To top it off, the staff's dismissive attitude towards my concerns added to my frustration.

clean en-suite bathroom, small flatscreen TV, easy-to-use tea coffee facilities
Rooms facing the street can be noisy at times, parking options could be clearer!!! A more substantial shower would enhance the experience!!!
